TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entries in any directory are at the sole discretion of CMLDIR or VVV Ltd and companies may be excluded without any obligation on the publishers to provide any explanation for non-inclusion, deletions or omissions.
Errors and omissions will be rectified free of charge upon receipt of written advice (letter, fax or email). CMLDIR will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from any error or omission.
Entitlement to free entries is at the discretion of CMLDIR and can be withdrawn at any time by CMLDIR or VVV Ltd
Directory entries may be removed in their entirety without warning for non-payment in full or in part of any amount due or for any other reason which, in the opinion of CMLDIR, is considered detrimental to the credibility of the service offered in the buyers guides.
CMLDIR or VVV Ltd does not guarantee access to the buyers guides or Company Locator via the internet and will not be held responsible for or consider compensation for any impedance, failure or restriction caused by internet service suppliers, Government regulations and restrictions or other party in making access possible. CMLDIR nd VVV Limited will work to rectify system failures as quickly as possible.
CMLDIR, VVV Ltd, its agents or representatives make no claim of accessibility to the online directories or provide any guarantee of usage by people within the appropriate industries. Site statistics are as provided by the web hosting company servers and are given as an indication only of traffic through the site.
All entries, other than FREE, are for a minimum period of 12-months calculated from the first day of being accessible over the internet. No refunds are allowed for cancellation of any order in full or in part with CMLDIR or VVV Ltd.
All rates are guaranteed for the duration of the contract and no additional costs or fees will be charged.
Within the terms of the order (where applicable) CMLDIR will make every effort to update a company's entries within 7-days of notification but CMLDIR accepts no responsibility for delays.
CMDLR and VVV Ltd will NOT sell or give-away addresses and/or other information to outside organizations.
Under no circumstances, will CMLDIR or VVV Ltd. make available any email addresses held on internal databases to outside organizations other than in processing enquiries through the FREE enquiry service.
Neither CMLDIR or VVV Ltd distribute emails en mass (SPAM). We report all instances of SPAMMING.
CMLDIR reserve the rights to use information from the buyers' guides and company locator databases to contact companies with reminder of listing renewals and new services relevant to the buyers guides.
CMLDIR will not make available to any other organizations information given in confidence including contact names, personal telephone, fax or email addresses.
CMLDIR will not provide any outside organization requesting email addresses or other information that could be used for spamming.
CMLDIR servers have been set to return any bulk enquiries from users (more than 4-enquiries from the same company are considered false) via the free enquiry service.
Companies entering into a contract with CMLDIR and/or VVV Ltd. agree to these terms and conditions being governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with laws of England and to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This being the registered location of the VVV Ltd.
Because CMLDIR buyers' guides and the Company Locator will be continually updated and improved, CMLDIR reserve the rights to vary the contents of its buyers' guides, layout, presentation without notification.
Links are provided throughout this site for convenience but CMLDIR does not support links to outside organizations and gives no assurances as to the validity of such links, accessibility or material content.
Our computers feature the latest anti-virus software but any attachments sent by users of the site as part of an enquiry which we forward to the required companies are opened at the recipient company's own risk. Our anti-virus software may not necessarily check all attachments.
CMLDIR reserve the right to refuse to process email enquiries received through the FREE enquiry service where these are considered not to be genuine or arrive in bulk or are considered to be encouraging spamming which CMLDIR does not condone.
CMLDIR prioritizes enquiries received through the FREE ENQUIRY SERVICE according to listing. Enquiries for companies with a FREE listings may take several days to process and neither CMLDIR or VVV Ltd accept any responsibility for any consequential loss resulting from delayed processing.
CMLDIR, at its discretion, may withdraw the FREE ENQUIRY service or other FREE services as may be necessary without notification.
Neither CMLDIR or VVV Limited make any claim as to the authenticity or validity of enquiries processed or, are, in anyway, in receipt of payment, commission or other benefit from the companies making the enquiries. In the same way, we do not seek any form of payment, commission or other benefit resulting from any sale resulting from any enquiry.
CMLDIR and VVV Ltd try to maintain databases as accurately as possible. However, neither company guarantees that information is accurate or up to date.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions supersedes any or all other conditions given in writing, verbally or in other communication other than as may be given by the CEO, President or Managing Director of VVV Limited.
VVV Limited is a private company registered within the UK . CMLDIR is a trading name.
The CMLDIR buyers' guides are the copyright of VVV Ltd. Some content such as company logos may be subject to additional copyrights. All rights are reserved. Pages may not be reproduced, copied, downloaded or printed without the consent in writing or electronically of VVV Limited except for legitimate purposes (i.e. search engine indexing).
